Taking the first step is often the hardest, especially when you don't know what to expect. That's why I offer an initial 30 minute telephone appointment free of charge, with no obligation. If you would prefer to meet face to face or virtually then please let me know. We can briefly discuss what you would like support with and whether I think I can help. If you decide to continue then sessions thereafter will last an hour.
